The history of the Postal Service’s Postal Consumer Councils (PCC) dates back over six decades.  Over the decades the bond between business customers and the Postal Service continued to evolve throughout the country, and today, these councils, now known as Postal Customer Councils, provide a unique opportunity for any business to meet with top level managers of the Postal Service to obtain information, share ideas, address issues, grow their business and network with other business colleagues.

Informed Delivery surpassed the 50 million user mark in 2022. Informed Delivery offers business mailers and shippers the opportunity to engage users through integrated mail or package Digital Marketing Campaigns that generates additional customer impressions, interactions and insights.  Find out how businesses are leveraging the technology to expand their business goals.

Robert (Bob) E. Dixon, Jr. is the director of product technology and innovation for the United States Postal Service, where he oversees the development of new technology-based products and services that extend the suite of postal service offerings to both consumers and businesses.

The Chicago PCC looks forward to increasing their membership and encourages local area businesses, deeply rooted in the community, to join the PCC.
