INDIANAPOLIS, IN — The Postmaster of South Bend wants customers to know that the Olive Street Branch is open for business while the Postal Service repairs the front parking lot.

“We are very sorry about the disruption to our customers during the repair of the parking lot. We have several other locations, which I hope will be as convenient as possible during this time, “said Keith Krempa, Postmaster, South Bend.

Edison Park, 2417 Edison Road, 46615 — Monday-Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 4 pm

Notre Dame, 1 PO Security Building, Notre Dame, 46556 — Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 12 pm

Chippewa, 4015 S. Main Street, 46614 — Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 4 pm

South Bend Main Post Office, 424 S. Michigan Street, 46601 — Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 7:45 pm to 2 pm

Krempa has no information yet on when the project will be completed.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
