Where Big Gets Its Start
What:
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (EDT) and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CDT), the Postal Service is hosting an Areas Inspiring Mail (AIM) virtual meeting for small business owners and entrepreneurs to learn about the latest enhancements to postal products and services to help them grow their business.
At the event, USPS top executives will provide an overview of postal improvements underway with Delivering For America, the Postal Service’s 10-year plan to achieve financial sustainability and service excellence, including new offerings for small business customers such as USPS Connect.

Background:
“The Postal Service plays a vital role in our customers’ success,” said Stan Franke, Central Area Customer Relations director and Central Area AIM postal co-chair. “Our Delivering for America plan the continues to implement changes and improvements to ensure the Postal Service evolves and thrives in the changing American economy.”
The Postal Service’s Central Area and Westpac Areas are sponsoring the event. The Central regional area covers the following states: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The Westpac regional area covers all states on the west coast from Montana to California, Hawaii, and Alaska.
As Director, Industry Engagement & Outreach, Lindsey is responsible for managing Postal Customers Councils (PCCs), the National Postal Forum (NPF), the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) and the USPS trade show program. She oversees policy, strategy, and growth opportunities for all programs.
Prior to this role she was Manager of Customer Outreach and Manager, Industry Engagement Strategy. She has over fifteen years of experience working in Industry Engagement and Outreach, Product Development, and Sales.
Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and is a graduate of the Postal Service’s Advanced Leadership Program (ALP).
