Brook Post Office to Close Temporarily

USPS offers alternate location for mail pickup and retail operations

BROOK, IN — Due to current building conditions, the Postal Service will temporarily suspend operations at the Brook Post Office, located at 308 W Main St., Brook, IN 47922. Beginning Monday, Apr. 15, the office will close until repairs are complete.

Brook customers may access P.O. Box mail and obtain retail services at the Morocco Post Office, located at 109 S. Clay St., Morocco IN 47963. Hours of operation at the Morocco Post Office are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Morocco Post Office is 10 miles from the Brook Post Office location.

Street delivery to Brook addresses will not be affected.

There is no information on when the Brook Post Office will reopen.
