USPS seeks to fill positions in Maintenance operations

INDIANAPOLIS – The Postal Service will host a Maintenance Career Fair to fill dozens of positions in the Indianapolis area. The Fair will take place Friday, June 28 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Indianapolis Main Post Office, 125 W. South St., 46206.

Current opportunities and beginning hourly wage:

  • Electronic Technician - $35.31/hour
  • Building Equipment Mechanic - $33.52/hour
  • Maintenance Mechanic (Mail Processing) - $33.52/hour
  • Maintenance Mechanic - $26.68/hour
  • Laborer Custodial - $20.88/hour

Applications are accepted at the job fair and online at www.usps.com/careers.To assist attendees, USPS personnel will be available with computer access to help with the application process, provide detailed information, and answer questions about open positions.
