As part of its Delivering for America 10-year plan, the U.S. Postal Service is rolling out significant investments across the nation. This $40 billion initiative is designed to modernize and revitalize the Postal Service. The tangible results of this investment will be showcased at the Topeka Sorting and Delivery Center, where new vehicles and a modernized facility will be on display. This substantial investment highlights the Postal Service's dedication to innovation and modernization. The event will provide a first-hand look at the new fleet — replacing vehicles that are over 30 years old — and a newly updated facility, demonstrating the Postal Service’s commitment to enhance service delivery along with the employee and customer experience in Kansas and across the nation.
