LOUISIANA — Due to safety concerns stemming from Hurricane Ida, operations have been temporarily suspended at the Bourg Post Office, 3806 Country Drive, Bourg, LA 70343.

Until repairs can be made to the postal facility, Bourg customers can pick up their Post Office Box mail, retrieve packages and obtain retail services at the Schriever Post Office, 201 Old Highway 659, Schriever, LA 70395.  

Retail hours at the Schriever Post Office are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, and closed Sunday.

We apologize for this inconvenience to our customers and hope to have the office fully functional again as soon as possible.
