Three Beauregard Parish Post Offices Resume Operations

Mandatory evacuations caused by a wildfire led to the temporary suspensions

BEAUREGARD PARISH, LA — Several Beauregard Parish post offices that had been temporary suspended due to the Tiger Island fire, have resumed operations.

Evans Post Office, 19158 Highway 111, Evans, LA 70639. Retail hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., closed Sunday.

Merryville Post Office, 3035 Highway 110 W, Merryville, LA 70653. Retail hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., closed Sunday.

Singer Post Office, 9068 Highway 27, Singer, LA 70660. Retail hours: Monday through Friday, 11:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., closed Sunday.
