Expect some local delays this weekend

Lexington & Concord, MA – While Post Offices will be open and mail is scheduled for delivery on Saturday, April 19, 2025 in both Lexington and Concord, events surrounding the 250th anniversary of the start of the Revolutionary War, including a parade and several historical reenactments, are
expected to draw larger than normal crowds and will result in temporary street closures throughout the weekend for security purposes. As a result, Post Offices in the affected areas may close early, some customers may get their mail earlier in the day and some mail delivery may be delayed or curtailed as
we work with local law enforcement to ensure public safety during these high profile events. Normal delivery operations will resume after the weekend.
