Postal Service to Honor Bunker Hill Anniversary with a Special Stamp Dedication

What:

The U.S. Postal Service will host a special dedication of the Battlefields of the American Revolutions Stamps commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill.

Who:

Postmaster of Boston Josh Balcunas and National Parks Service Director Brianna Cassetta will assist with the unveiling.

Background:

This Stamp Series, originally introduced in April, highlights several historic Revolutionary War Battlefields, including Bunker Hill, which celebrates the 250th anniversary of it’s battle on June 17.
