Maryland Area Post Offices Will Observe Normal Hours April 15, Self-Service Kiosk Offer Customers 24/7 Access
MARYLAND —The Postal Service is ready to assist customers with their tax mailing needs. Post Offices in Maryland and the Washington, DC metro area will remain open during normal business hours for the April 15 federal tax filing deadline this year.
Below is a list of Maryland and Washington, DC, area Post Offices with early opening hours and normal business hours later than 5 p.m.:

The Postal Service has many options for last-minute tax filers. The Postal Service has 32 Self-Service Kiosks located throughout the Washington, DC, metro area. Customers can locate a 24-hour Self-Service Kiosk or obtain directions to the closest Self-Service Kiosk location by visiting www.usps.com.
Customers can weigh and mail their tax returns, or regular mail and packages at any Self-Service Kiosk. Customers can also use the Self-Service Kiosk for most retail services, including renewing PO Boxes, purchasing stamps, weighing packages and calculating postage for Priority Express Mail, Priority Mail, and First-Class Mail. All Self-Service Kiosks accept debit and credit cards only. Kiosk locations can be found on www.usps.com.

Please remember that mail must be deposited before the last collection time at the Post Office or collection box on April 15 to receive an April 15 postmark.
