Background:
The National Safety Council (NSC) and U.S. Postal Service are working together to reward drivers who deliver on safety every day. The prestigious NSC Million Mile Award highlights drivers with 1 million miles of driving or 30 accumulated years driven without preventable incidents.
Letter Carriers Byron Young, Patrick Schulze, Jackson Yeager, Theodore Pinckney, Mark Campbell, Keith Jones, Joseph Dozier, James Little, Jr., Sharon Sutton, Eric Schulze, Gary Payne, Gail Kohlenburg, Avis Patterson, Kenneth Howerton, George Dadzie and William Mendoza will be recognized with 611 years of combined driving excellence.
The Million Mile Club is part of the Safe Driver Award program created by the National Safety Council. The Safe Driver Award is the trademark of the expert driver and is recognized as the nation’s highest award for professional safe driving.
