Portland ME — Kevin Clark has been promoted to the position of District Manager for the US Postal Service’s Northern New England District, which includes more than 900 delivery units and six processing facilities across the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

A 1981 graduate of Shead High School in Eastport, Kevin went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine in Augusta. 

Since starting his career as a letter carrier in 1986 in Eastport, Kevin has held several Postmaster positions across Maine as well as serving as Plant Manager of the Eastern Maine Processing Center, Senior Plant Manager for the Albany District and Manager of Post Office Operations for the Northern New England, Ohio Valley and Appalachian Districts.

A graduate of the Postal Service’s Managerial Leadership Program, Advanced Leadership Program, Processing Distribution Management Program and Executive Foundation, Kevin is also Black Belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Kevin currently resides in Scarborough with his wife Susan.
