Dundee Post Office Temporarily Closed

DETROIT, MI — The Dundee Post Office, located at 319 Monroe St., Dundee, MI 48131 is temporarily closed due to safety concerns of flooding in the area. Mail deliveries will continue in Dundee, although some disruptions may occur in isolated areas experiencing flooding.

All retail operations and PO Box service at the Dundee Post Office are moved to the Ida Post Office at 2888 Lewis Ave., Ida, MI 48140, which is approximately 7 miles away.

Hours at the Ida Post Office are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Customers can pick-up their PO Box mail after 10:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

Additional retail services and customers who receive in their regular mail delivery a PS Form 3849 Delivery Notice for Registered, Certified, Priority Mail Express, and Other Special Services Mail, can pick up their letter or package at the Monroe Post Office, 210 W. Front St., Monroe, MI 48161. Hours at the Monroe Post Office are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
