Ypsilanti Post Office seeking community volunteers to join Local Consumer Advisory Council

What: Meet the Ypsilanti, MI Postmaster Carlos Jackson on April 25, 2023, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Ypsilanti Post Office is seeking community volunteers representing the Ypsilanti, Whittaker and Willis communities to join the Consumer Advisory Council.

When: Tuesday, 2023, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Where: Ypsilanti Post Office, 1606 S Huron St., Ypsilanti, MI 48197

Background: The Consumer Advisory Council, representing the Ypsilanti, Whittaker and Willis communities, will provide a forum for consumers to meet with postal representatives to discuss customer concerns, ideas and suggestions that support improving customer satisfaction. The Postal Service will also play an active role in answering questions posed by the council and keeping council members informed of new or changing local programs, policies and procedures.

Applications are now available at the two Ypsilanti Post Office retail counters. Applications will be accepted through April 30, 2023.
