Orchards Mall Post Office in Benton Harbor Temporarily Suspended

Benton Harbor, MI — To ensure the safety of both postal customers and employees, the Orchards Mall Post Office, 1800 Pipestone Rd., Benton Harbor, MI 49022 is temporarily suspended beginning September 13, 2023 due to safety conditions. Customers can retrieve their PO Box mail at the Benton Harbor Post Office, located 3.8 miles away, during regular retail hours:

Mon-Fri                        8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sat                               8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Sun                              Closed

Customers may retrieve P.O. Box mail, with proper identification, at the dutch door located in the lobby, until P.O. Boxes are available and assigned with the customer’s current address. Customers may access retail services at other locations found on USPS.com, under “Quick Tools” the “Find USPS locations”- https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm.
