NEW PRAGUE, MN – Beginning August 21, 2021, The New Prague Post Office has temporarily relocated to Prior Lake Post Office while the building receives necessary repairs. If all goes as planned, the New Prague Post Office will be opening the doors to customers again on September 9, 2021.

PO Box customers will still receive their mail on site, as cluster boxes have been installed outside of the New Prague facility. PO Box holders must come to Prior Lake with a valid ID to pick up a key for their cluster box compartment to receive their mail.

Customers who are picking up hold mail and packages must go to Prior Lake to retrieve their mail. There will be no retail operations at New Prague until the necessary repairs are completed. Customers may visit the Prior Lake Post Office to complete their postal business.

Any permit mail drops, bulk mail drops or permit account payments for the New Prague Post Office must go to Prior Lake Post Office for acceptance while the New Prague Office is out of service.
