Minneapolis Post Office Ribbon Cutting Grand Opening. After hosting a well-attended soft opening on Tuesday August 4th, the United States Postal Service will host a ribbon cutting grand opening ceremony for its new hiring hub at the Minneapolis Main Post Office. The Postal Service proudly plays the role of connecting neighbors and our community to the nation. Under Delivering For America, the Postal Service’s 10-year plan, we are maintaining universal six-day mail delivery and expanded seven-day package delivery, stabilizing our workforce, and spurring innovation to meet the needs of our modern customers. The Minneapolis Main Post Office has opened a one stop hiring hub to assist and expedite the hiring and onboarding process of potential applicants.

To streamline the hiring processing the Minneapolis Post Office has opened a hiring hub where applicants can ask questions prior to applying, apply onsite, take an assessment test, and then be fingerprinted on the spot. Hours of operation for the Minneapolis Hiring Hub are Monday – Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
