Lafayette Post Office Temporary Operations

Lafayette, MN – Due to scheduled maintenance, all retail window service operations at the Lafayette Post Office, located at 790 Main Ave, Lafayette, MN 56054, will be relocated to the New Ulm Post Office beginning June 1st, 2024. Delivery of city and rural mail will remain uninterrupted during this temporary process.

Lafayette customers may pick up mail, and packages at the New Ulm Post Office, 27 S German St, New Ulm, MN 56073. The New Ulm Post Office is open for all retail transactions Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Post Office Box mail customers will be able to collect their mail from temporary Neighborhood Delivery Collection Box Units (NDCBUs) that will be placed on the eastside of the Lafayette Post Office.

All current mailing operations will resume in Lafayette approximately July 6th, 2024, or until further notice.
