ST. PAUL, Mn - The Postal Service’s incredible streak continued with the delivery of the 9.5 billionth peak season mailpiece in St. Paul, MN. On Dec. 24, Letter Carrier Craig Barrett delivered the milestone package to a local resident, marking yet another extraordinary achievement for the organization.
“It’s an honor to be part of this historic moment,” said Barrett. “This reflects the hard work and dedication of every USPS employee who ensures that each package and letter reaches its destination.”
The recipient, Kate Larson, expressed her amazement at the milestone delivery. “It’s incredible to think about how much goes into making all of this happen,” she said. “Thank you to all the postal workers for making this season so special.”
The Postal Service will continue to mark milestone deliveries throughout its peak season, which runs from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day.
