The 43^rd stamp in the Black Heritage series honors the late Gwen Ifill, one of the nations most esteemed journalist. The stamp art features a photo of Ifill taken in 2008 by photographer Robert Severi. Art Director Derry Noyes designed the stamp. The event will be broadcast on Facebook live. Search: TheNineNetwork
