Background:
Deborah A. Goldsby is the 13th person to earn the distinction and title of Postmaster since the Chesterfield Post Office was established in 1895.
Deborah A. Goldsby will be responsible for mail delivery and retail sales at the Chesterfield Post Office which delivers to more than 23,764 addresses.
She began her career with the Postal Service in 1995 as a Transitional Employee Carrier at the Chambers Station Post Office in St. Louis MO. She has advanced through positions of increased responsibility including: Distributions Clerk, Bulk Mail Acceptance Clerk, Supervisor in St. Louis and Manager of Creve Coeur and Des Peres Branch. Goldsby received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Walden University.
Goldsby looks forward to the challenges of the Chesterfield Postmaster position and is committed to excellent service. She is contributing her success in the Postal Service to her late mother Marcia Goldsby who provided her spiritual foundation.
