St. Louis, MO Letter Carriers Share the Pride of Delivering for America

Gateway to the West

Each day, the United States Postal Service takes pride in Delivering for America. As part of our “We’ve Been Everywhere Man” series, we traveled to St. Louis, MO and visited with 2 City Letter Carriers as they shared with us the enormous sense of pride they feel when they deliver mail to the Gateway Arch and surrounding area. Let’s meet Marion Harris and Stanley Reese, City Letter Carriers at St. Louis Carrier Square/Wheeler Station on Market Street.

Marion Harris shared with us, “I feel excited and exhilarated every time I see the Arch and all the people who come from across the country to visit us here. Many of these folks will only get to see it maybe once in a lifetime. I get to see it every day and it’s still such an amazing site to see. I love it!”

Stanley Reese said, “It’s great to see the look on everyone’s face as they marvel at the beauty of the Arch. It’s something I get to see every day, and I feel blessed that it’s right here in my hometown. People truly are amazed at how grand it is. I’m so proud to represent the United States Postal Service, as we deliver here, each day.”
