Final Decision Regarding Plato Post Office Located At 10594 HWY 32, Plato, MO. 65552

Plato, MO - In accordance with 39 C.F.R. § 241.4, this is the United States Postal Service’s final decision with respect to the Postal Service’s proposal to relocate retail services from the above-referenced Post Office to 10760 State Hwy 32, Plato, MO 65552. If this location is not adequate or an agreement cannot be reached with its owner, the Postal Service will consider other sites.

Due to severe uncorrectable safety issues with the previous building, the Postal Service will be relocating to a new facility. The Postal Service anticipates providing the same services at the new location as were previously provided to our customers at the previous location. Additionally, the Postal Service plans to continue services at the Roby, MO, Post Office located at 12445 Cass Ln. until the replacement facility is open and operating as a Post Office.
