The Postal Service will host three job fair events in three Montana communities between Jan. 22 and Jan. 23 offering attendees a unique look into employment opportunities across the state.

Subject matter experts will be available to answer questions and assist interested attendees in an in-site application process.

New Postal Service employees enjoy competitive starting pay with a range between $19 and $20 per hour, depending on the position, paid bi-weekly. Benefits include regular pay increases, paid vacation leave, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Postal Service employees offer essential services in their communities, delivering essential correspondence and parcels.

Available positions throughout Montana include mail carriers, mail handlers, and clerks. Positions as CDL drivers and maintenance technicians may also be available in some areas.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Although in some instances, interested candidates can also be 16 with a high school diploma. Applicants must also be available to work weekends and holidays.
