Small businesses are the backbone of our nation’s economy, and the U.S. Postal Service wants to help those businesses to develop, innovate and grow.

In conjunction with National Small Business Week, May 5-11, USPS will host a series of small business conferences at Post Offices in North Dakota starting Monday, May 6th.

Postal representatives will be on hand to demonstrate smart shipping and mailing solutions to help business owners manage costs, drive efficiency and grow their markets. The conferences are scheduled for:

Monday, May 6: Fargo Post Office, 657 2nd Ave N, Fargo, North Dakota 58102, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, May 7: Grand Forks Post Office, 2501 28th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Tuesday, May 7: Devil’s Lake Post Office, 502 3rd Street NE, North Dakota 58301, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, May 8: Minot Post Office, 117 5th Ave SW, Minot, ND. 58701, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Wednesday, May 8: Williston Post Office, 120 E Broadway, Williston, ND. 58801, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, May 9: Watford City Post Office, 1204 4th Ave NE, Watford City, ND. 58854, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Thursday, May 9: Dickinson Post Office, 15 1st ST E, Dickinson, ND. 58601, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners. Set as the first week in May, National Small Business Week includes events across the country and educational webinars on a variety of business topics.
