Temporary action the result of precautionary security measures
DATELINE — Postal customers in Lincoln, NE, will see some changes as the city makes security preparations for the potential upcoming civil events.
USPS blue collection boxes at 2 locations will be temporarily removed as a security measure to protect the mail and the public.
The locations are:
1345 H Street 68508 and 1340 Lincoln Mall 68508
These are temporary measures to protect postal property, employees and the public.
Customers may find nearest collection boxes in service or post office location on the USPS website at: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm.
