Details:
On March 16 at approximately 12 p.m. Wayne New Jersey Letter Carrier Stephen Garofalo saw a two year old boy wandering in the street. He recognized the boy and took him to his residence where he saw his mother on the screened in porch. He called out to her but she was unresponsive. He entered the porch and tried to wake her to no avail. He knocked on the door and got no response. He called 911 and waited with the child until the ambulance arrived. The EMTs were able to revive the mother.
