Santa Fe Main Post Office Retail Service Diverted to Coronado

SANTA FE, NM — Retail services at the Santa Fe Main Post Office will be temporarily diverted to the Coronado Post Office located at 2071 S Pacheco St, Santa Fe, NM, 87505. Hours at the Coronado Post Office are 8:30a.m.–5:30p.m. M-F, and 9:00a.m.–3p.m. on Saturday. The office is closed on Sunday. All other services at the Santa Fe Main Post Office are operating normally.

Customers can still pick up their P.O. Box mail at the Santa Fe Main Post Office. De Vargas Post Office customers can also pick up their mail at the Santa Fe Main Post Office. A Self-Service Kiosk is available at the Main Post Office for transactions including purchasing stamps, mailing a package, ZIP Code lookup, Certified and Insured Mail, Return Receipt, Delivery Confirmation and other services.

De Vargas Post Office customers can pick up their P.O. Box mail at the Santa Fe Main Post Office during normal business hours. A valid picture ID is required to pick up P.O. Box mail. This is a temporary relocation of these offices, not a permanent closure. Additional details will be provided as they become available regarding the reopening of these offices.

Customers are reminded that the Post Office is always open, 24/7 including holidays, at www.usps.com. Customers can skip the trip to the post office to mail a letter, ship a package, or purchase stamps. Additionally, postage stamps can easily be purchased at many area retail businesses, like grocery stores, drug stores and big-box stores outside of a traditional Post Office.

Using usps.com, customers can look up a ZIP Code, request free Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging, hold their mail, set up Premium Forwarding Service, and even print a mailing label and pay for postage using Click-N-Ship.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
