NEW YORK, NY – In the interest of safety and security, postal officials will seal or remove Postal Service collection boxes on Saturday July 20, in New York City.

The familiar blue collection boxes will be reopened on Monday, July 22.

US Mail Collection Boxes impacted at the following locations:

• Both Sides of Mosholu Parkway – between Henry Hudson Parkway and Gun Hill Road (Bronx)
• Both Sides of 72nd Street – between Henry Hudson Parkway and Central Park (Manhattan)
• Both Sides of Riverside Drive – between 82nd Street and 72nd Street (Manhattan)
