NEW YORK, NY — In the interest of safety and security, postal officials will seal or remove Postal Service collection boxes on or before Tuesday, September 23, in New York City.

The familiar blue collection boxes will be inaccessible on or before Tuesday, September 23.  

Impacted collection boxes will be accessible on Monday, September 30.
