GROSVENOR DALE, CT — Effective Monday Nov. 25, retail and Post Office Box services at the Grosvenor Dale Post Office (655 Riverside Dr., Grosvenor Dale, CT 06246) will be suspended pending some needed repairs to the facility.

Grosvenor Dale Post Office customers will be able to receive full retail services and retrieve their Post Office Box mail at the North Grosvenordale Post Office (831 Riverside Dr., North Grosvenordale, CT 06255).

Customers will have 24 hour access to Post Office Boxes in the lobby of North Grosvenordale.

North Grosvenordale retail hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Street delivered notices left for oversized or signature required mail should be brought to the North Grosvenordale Post Office for retrieval. There will be no other change to normal street delivery.

There is currently no set timeline for when the Grosvenor Dale Post Office will reopen.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
