SYRACUSE, NY — The United States Postal Service is in the process of hiring interested individuals to fill Rural Carrier Associate positions throughout Central New York. 

Duties of these positions will include the casing, delivery and collection of mail and packages along a prescribed route using a vehicle. Applicants must be 18 years of age and will be expected to work most weekends and holidays. Starting salary is $19.06 per hour.  In addition, all prospective applicants must be able to pass a drug screening and a criminal background investigation.
