STANLEY, NY — Effective immediately, the Stanley Post Office located at 2102 State Route 245, will be closed until further notice due to unforeseen roof repairs.

Current Post Office Box customers in Stanley can retrieve their mail at the:

Mail delivery in Stanley will continue as normal.  However, customers will be directed to the Hall Post Office to pick up vacation mail, signature-required items, or oversized articles.

A timeframe for completion of repairs in Stanley has yet to be determined.

The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products, and services to fund its operations.
