Veterans Day Observed by All Long Island Retail Offices, Hiring Continues Across the State

LONG ISLAND, NY – While Post Office retail lobbies are closed on Nov. 11 to honor Veterans Day, the Postal Service continues to plan for a busy fall season by hosting job fairs throughout November.

To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be on-site to provide detailed information about the positions and answer questions at the following Postal Service job fairs:

Central Islip Post Office

Nov. 16 & Nov. 17
10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
