Background:

Postal Customer Councils, created in 1961, provide a unique opportunity for any business to meet with top level managers of the Postal Service to obtain information, share ideas, address issues, grow their business and network with other business colleagues.

Ms. Valdez utilizes strategic drivers, business analysis and analytics that create value for the customer to enhance their business model.  She provides creative influence with recommendations on mail piece design, and technical guidance that amplifies brand recognition.
