SELDEN, NY — The United States Postal Service is busy preparing for another busy holiday season and is looking for committed individuals to fill multiple roles across Long Island.
Job availability includes city carrier assistants, tractor trailer operators, postal support employees, sales and service associates, mail processing clerks, mail handler assistants and rural carrier assistants.

Visit the Selden Community College job fair on Oct. 17, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. to learn more. Postal officials will be on site at 407 College Rd., Selden, NY 11784 to assist applicants in the process.
These job fairs are part of the U.S. Postal Service’s 10-year plan, “Delivering for America” to build a more stable and empowered workforce.
Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays (may vary based on position).
