USPS Jobs Available Across Long Island
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — The Postal Service is hosting a Port Washington job fair to fill immediate openings ahead of the holiday rush.
Positions are available across both Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Applicants are encouraged to visit the Port Washington Post Office on Oct. 26 to learn about local opportunities.
Among the positions available include sales and service associates, city carrier assistants, tractor-trailer operators and mail processing clerks.
The hiring fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1051 Port Washington Blvd., Port Washington, NY 11050.

These job fairs are part of the U.S. Postal Service’s 10-year plan, “Delivering for America” to build a more stable and empowered workforce.
Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays (may vary based on position).
