Central Islip Library to Host Job Fair, November 6

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — The Postal Service will be present at the Central Islip Public Library job fair to help applicants with their job search.

Postal Service positions are available across both Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Among the positions available include sales and service associates, city carrier assistants, tractor-trailer operators and mail processing clerks.

These job fairs are part of the U.S. Postal Service’s 10-year plan, “Delivering for America” to build a more stable and empowered workforce.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays (may vary based on position).
