NEW YORK – In the interest of safety and security, postal officials will temporarily seal or remove Postal Service collection boxes on Saturday, July 13, in New York City.
The familiar blue collection boxes will be inaccessible until reopened on Monday, July 15.
US Mail Collection Boxes impacted at the following locations:

• Both sides of 38th Street between 5th Avenue and Park Avenue.
• Both sides of Madison Avenue between 25th Street and 38th Street.
