CLEVELAND — Cranwood Post Office,16828 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44128, will reopen and resume operations beginning Monday, November 18, 2019. A customer crashed their vehicle into the office in June which caused significant damage to the structure of the building. The damages have been fully repaired and meets state and OSHA regulations. USPS temporarily relocated its operations to the Shaker Heights Post Office, 3675 Warrensville Center Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44120.

The Cranwood Post Office retail hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

The Postal Services apologizes for any inconvenience this caused however the safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
