Dexter City Post Office Operations Temporarily Suspended

Due to safety concerns over structural damage

DEXTER CITY, OH — Due to safety concerns because of structural damage, operations at the Dexter City Post Office, 115 Main Street, Dexter City, Ohio 45727, will be temporarily suspended on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at the close of business day.

P.O. Box customers will have the option of mail delivery to their home upon installation of a mailbox. For customers who would like to continue P.O. Box service, they can choose to pick up their mail either at the Village of Macksburg Town Hall, 216 Marietta Street, Macksburg, Ohio 45746 or the Lowell Post Office, 203 3rd Street, Lowell, Ohio 45744. Customers can contact Postmaster Angie Lewis at 740-336-9588 or 740-896-2659 with their decision on how they would like to receive their mail.

Customers may access retail services at other locations found on USPS.com, under “Quick Tools” the “Find USPS locations”- https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm.
