Commercial Point Post Office Operations Suspended

USPS offers alternate location for mail pickup and retail operations

COMMERCIAL POINT, OH – The Postal Service will suspend operations at the Commercial Point Post Office, 12 Belshazzar St. The Postal Service lease for this location has expired.

Effective Saturday, July 22, 2023, Commercial Point customers may access retail services and package pickup at the Orient Post Office located 6.8 miles from Commercial Point. The Orient Post Office address is 7820 Stahl Rd., Orient, OH, 43146. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The Postal Service is working to secure an alternate location in Commercial Point for P.O. Box customers to access their mail. P.O. Box customers will receive a letter with information as soon as the alternate location is confirmed.

Currently, there is no information on a new location for the Commercial Point Post Office.
