USPS offers alternate location for mail pickup and retail operations
PROSPECT, OH – The Postal Service will suspend operations at the Prospect Post Office, 120 N. Main St. The Postal Service lease for this location has expired.
Effective Saturday, July 15, 2023, Prospect customers may access retail services and package pickup at the Richwood Post Office, located 6.2 miles from Prospect. The Richwood Post Office address is 12 E, Ottawa St., Richwood, OH 43344. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Prospect P.O. Box customers may access their mail at the Prospect Village office building, 200 North East St. There is 24-hour access to the P.O. Boxes at this location.
Retail services are also available at the Radnor Post Office, located 5.1 miles from Prospect. The Radnor Post Office address is 4355 State Route 203, Radnor, OH 43066. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Currently, there is no information on a new location for the Prospect Post Office.
