Tulsa, OK Area Post Offices Temporarily Adjust Operations

TULSA, OK — Due to the impacts from recent flooding, and in an abundance of caution, some Tulsa area post offices are temporarily adjusting delivery operations.  Customers whose households are inaccessible due to flooded roads and/or required evacuation orders, may pick up their mail at their local post office during regular business hours. Customers will be required to present a valid photo identification.

This includes residents in the Sand Springs, OK 74063 delivery area.  Residents of impacted areas including Meadow Valley, Town & Country, Candlestick Beach, The Valley and Wekiwa neighborhoods can pick up their mail between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Sand Springs Post Office, located at 114 W 2nd St., Sand Springs, OK 74063.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, however, the safety and well-being of both customers and employees is of utmost importance to the Postal Service.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
