Background:

As Oklahoma City Postmaster, Titus oversees delivery and retail operations at a total of 23 stations, branches, and finance units. The Oklahoma City Post Office team is made up of approximately 877 dedicated individuals, serving an estimated population of more than 687,000 people. Oklahoma City operations include a total of 481 city and rural routes combined.

Titus, a native of Oregon, is a 23-year postal veteran who began her career in 2000, as a distribution/retail clerk in Pendleton, OR. She later transferred to a City Carrier position in Salem, OR, prior to joining the ranks of postal management. She has held multiple managerial assignments of increasing responsibility, including Postmaster positions in Lebanon, OR; Albany, OR; Salem, OR; and Corpus Christi, TX.

Titus is a graduate of both the USPS Advanced Leadership Program and Managerial Leadership Program.
