Nicholas James, a 12-year postal employee and former Manager of Post Office Operations in Jacksonville, Florida, will be sworn in as Tulsa’s new Postmaster. He will oversee retail and delivery operations across 12 Post Offices, managing a workforce of over 600 employees. James is committed to providing outstanding customer service and developing future USPS leaders. He values the vital role the Postal Service plays in connecting communities and the nation.
