POCOLA, OK — The Pocola Post Office is looking for motivated individuals to join its delivery team as Rural Carrier Associates (RCA). This position provides a critical service to the community by ensuring mail delivery during weekdays, weekends and holidays.

With a starting salary of $21.89 per hour, an RCA cases, delivers, and collects mail along a prescribed rural route and provides customers on the route with a variety of services. Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license, a safe driving record, and at least two years of unsupervised experience driving passenger cars or larger. A personal vehicle suitable for use is required for this position. RCAs must be available to work on an as needed basis.

This is a non-career position, which may lead to a career position. RCAs are immediately eligible to enroll in the USPS Health Benefits Plan and dental and vision insurance through the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program. After completing one year without a break in service of more than five days, RCAs may also be eligible for health insurance under the Postal Service Health Benefits Program; flexible spending account through Inspira Financial and long-term care insurance through the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program.
