The starting salary for these positions is $21.89 per hour, paid bi-weekly. On-the-job training is provided.

Postal officials will be onsite to answer questions, assist with the application process, and help future employees create an online profile to immediately start applying for USPS positions.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS:

Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) - An RCA serves families and businesses in rural and suburban areas and is responsible for the delivery and collection of mail. An RCA may also sell stamps, supplies, and money orders. Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. This position could be the first step to becoming a full-time, regular rural carrier with full benefits.

Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC) – An ARC primarily delivers and collects packages along designated routes in suburban and rural areas. A personal vehicle may be required for package and mail delivery. An ARC may be hired to provide mail and parcel delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (a weekend and holiday only position) or provide parcel delivery up to seven days a week.
