PORTLAND – Seven Post Offices in the immediate Portland area will extend service hours on the three Saturdays leading up to Christmas.

The following offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 7, 14 and 21:

• Portland Main Post Office, 715 NW Hoyt St.
• Midway, 400 SE 103rd Drive
• Oak Grove, 3860 SE Naef Road.
• Piedmont, 630 NE Killingsworth St.
• Saint Johns, 8420 N. Ivanhoe St.
• Tigard, 12210 SW Main St.
• Waterfront, 101 SW Madison St.

In addition, the Portland Airmail Facility, 7640 Airport Way, will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 8, 15 and 22. The Main Portland Post Office, 715 NW Hoyt St., will also be open on Sunday, Dec, 8 and 15 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Retail Services will be available as well as parcel pickup.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
